Bedroom

One of The Pig Hotel bedrooms with a roll top bath in the bathgroom.

Lighting plays a key part in creating atmosphere in your bedroom, so having a mixture of pendant lights, wall lights and lamps is a great way to be able to change the mood in the room. Having lights on a dimmer switch really helps to control the atmosphere.

This cozy room at The Pig in Hampshire has a neutral, earthy colour palette of mixed wood finishes and soft, tonal linens. A simple pop of colour with mustard cushions to bring the room to life.

A cozy country bedroom in one of the Pig Hotels.

This bedroom is called the 'Horsebox Hideaway' at The Pig at Combe. The room feels cozy with the the wooden floors and bed, with warmth brought in from the clashing cushions, throw and the green pendant lights. Don't be afraid to mix patterns, textures and colours.

Sitting Room

A sitting room in the Mr and Mrs Smith Hotel - The Pig Near Combe's sitting room.

We're huge fans of pannelled sitting rooms, the perfect way to make a room feel intimate and cosy. Adding soft lighting in the form of Table Lamps are crucial to making a room feel homely. Finishing touches of scatter cushions and interesting coffee-table books make a sitting room feel lived in.

Bathroom

A selection of images of the bathrooms at The Pig Hotels. Lots with cast iron roll top baths, luxury towels and bath robes and antique mirrors.

Adding curtains or blinds to a bathroom is a lovely way to make it feel more luxurious and cosy. Consider wall lights to add atmosphere rather than just spotlights, perfect for long bubbly baths with a good book. Top quality towels, bath mats and bath robes are an absolute must to create that luxury hotel feel at home.
